Thanks for the input, Dustin. It’s great that you like the Pad Thai; as you say, to each his own. But for the record, it is 100% not authentic. so if anyone is looking for REAL Pad Thai, don’t go to Three Forks. If you are looking for a delicious (according to Dustin) sweet peanut saucy noodle dish, then you can give Three Forks a try.

As for the towel under glasses issue: As I implied, it’s not a big issue in itself. But if the people who run this place can be so far wrong on a very very basic hygiene issue like this, it greatly concerns me.

I personally have only had the pad thai at Three Forks. It is absolutely delicious. The ordering process is a lot like an assembly line and online is even easier. I totally disagree with the review and some other people on here but to eac their own. The size of the meals I completely disagree with, But again I have only had Pad Thai. I can eat a lot, 3/4 of a lg. pizza, or a large meal at Hawaiin Time no problem. At three forks a large is two full meals for me. And that Ketchup/Peanut Butter sauce is Peanut Sauce (Mosquito post). It is an option and common on pad thai.

All in all the price is fare (especially w/coupon) and size of the meal is great. Their venue at Delta Oaks is updated inside, it’s more of a stop and go, not formal dining. The cups are out their on a towel but if thats such an issue I would just not eat there

Sorry to seem gratuitously negative in my rantings.

I know I’m more sensitive to salt and burned grease than most people are, but I was so disappointed in my experience at Three Forks that my rhetoric apparently lost force.

Does anybody care about excessive salt — or burned grease?

Why is nearly everybody in America obese?

Does anyone realize that burned food is carcinogenic, or that total salt overload causes heart disease?

If you can gag down a dish of this burned-to-a-dark-brown, peak-sodium slop, your future at the hands of our notorious health-care system is assured!

Have you ever gotten sick from eating there? Know anyone who has?? I didnt think so, so quit saying how its filled with bacteria. Three forks is a very nice place and I know many many people who LOVE the food so much they go multiple times in a week. The floors maybe dirty once in awhile but the utensils definatly are not and it is not “grimey” in any way. its wrong to make people think they are below health code. Keep doing what youre doing three forks, there are alot of people who love you.

A better idea for similar food is Cafe Yumm. Not exactly the same thing, but a similar direction. Plus the restaurants are usually very clean. http://www.cafeyumm.com/
